Rojgar Melava Organized by SVST.

Swami Vivekanand Seva Trust, Hingoli, a well-established and socially committed organization, has always been at the forefront of empowering youth and promoting sustainable livelihood opportunities in the region. As part of its mission to tackle unemployment and strengthen employability among rural youth, the Trust regularly organizes Rojgar Melava (Employment Fairs) to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers.

Objective of the Rojgar Melava

The main objective of the Rojgar Melava is to provide a platform where educated and skilled candidates from Hingoli and neighboring districts can meet directly with potential employers. The event aims to:

    • Facilitate direct interaction between job seekers and industries.
    • Promote employment opportunities for unemployed youth.
    • Help candidates understand industry expectations.
    • Offer guidance on career development and skill enhancement.

Key Activities Conducted

    1. Job Registration and Profile Verification: Candidates registered their profiles, which were verified by the Trust staff.
    2. Pre-placement Guidance: A special session on resume writing, interview techniques, and personal grooming was                         organized to prepare candidates.
    3. Interaction with Employers: Job seekers had the opportunity to directly interact with HR representatives and hiring                   managers of participating companies.
    4. On-the-spot Interviews: Many companies conducted interviews during the event, providing immediate employment                   opportunities.
    5. Skill Development Counseling: For candidates who did not match immediate job requirements, guidance was provided on         further skill development opportunities through Trust’s training programs.
