🌟 Program Highlights:
- The program began with a welcome speech by the Trust Secretary, highlighting the importance of workers in the nation’s economic growth and social development. The speech emphasized the dignity of labor, the rights of workers, and the role of skill development in promoting self-reliance.
- A special focus was given to the contribution of unskilled and semi-skilled workers, with an emphasis on the importance of training and education for enhancing their livelihood opportunities.
- Trainees from various skill development programs conducted motivational performances, including skits and role-plays that depicted real-life stories of workers overcoming hardships through skill development, entrepreneurship, and hard work.
- An interactive session was organized where local workers and trainees shared their experiences, challenges, and dreams for a better future, strengthening the connection between the Trust and the community.
- The Trust distributed certificates of recognition and small tokens of appreciation to workers and trainees who showed exemplary dedication in their work and skill training programs.
- A symbolic Tree Plantation Activity was also conducted, emphasizing the importance of sustainable practices and long-term growth—mirroring the growth of workers and their role in building a sustainable economy.
